This document states the detailed description of all the terms & conditions of Technicion Inc. It constitutes the relationship between Us/We (i.e “Technicion”) and You (i.e “A visitor of our Site” or “one of our existing customers receiving our services”.)It is very important/beneficial for you to read and have a better understanding of all the services provided by our organization to all our customers.
Your registration with services of Technicion will only be done after your acceptance of all these terms and conditions; which take effect at the time you first access the site. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use this site. Technicion reserves the right to update the Site Terms at any time without any notice to you. The most current version of the Site Terms can be reviewed by clicking on the hyperlink “Terms and Conditions” located at the bottom of our website (www.Technicion.com).
Technicion reserves the right to change these Site Terms at any time by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to refer to these Site Terms on accessing this site. Continued use of this site after such changes to the Site Terms constitutes acceptance of those posted changes.
Services/Support Process
The Technical support provided by us would be over the phone and includes all software related issues. You understand it very clearly that no on-site service is provided and no physical possession of your computer or any of its peripherals will be taken over by Technicion.
The services will be rendered by Technicion only for the computer and software registered under the plan and Technicion will, in no way, be responsible for the other computers, software or peripherals not registered.
The Support Process may also include the use of remote tools in order to take the remote access of your system; if required to fix the issue.
Our remote session process and technicalities of the remote access tool doesn’t permit us to get connected to your computer without your permission. Hence, Remote session with your system can only be established post your permission for the same.
While getting your issues fixed by us, it completely depends on you, if you want to stay over the phone or if you want our technician to fix all your system issues only through remote session and then give your a call back. Issue resolution through remote session would require your availability near your system, in order to reply to our technician, in case he/she needs you in between the complete issue resolution process.
During or after the completion of the process of resolution, there may be a small text file placed on the clip board of your computer, explaining the work undertaken on it. You will have the option either to delete it or retain it for the future reference.
The Technician will only take care of the system that you will register with any of our offered services, and will not be responsible for other computers at your place.
Technicion will take every possible, genuine, and commercially viable effort to provide, suggest or undertake appropriate solution. Our technicians will work on your computer over remote session in front of you and will keep on educating you about the steps being performed, and will confirm the resolution at the closure of remote session or on that particular call. Technicion under no circumstances will be responsible for kind of data loss if happens on your computer.
You should not make any kind of major changes on your computer without informing us till the time your computer is under a software warranty with us. We will not be responsible for any kind of problem that may occur while you make changes, installations, updates, etc without giving any prior information to Technicion.
Termination from the Services:
Every support service which Technicion offers has a validity period, which commences from the date of registration. Technicion will not provide support on to your computer after the validity of the plan has expired.
You understand and agree that Technicion will not be in a position to serve if some modifications have been carried out on the computer system taking it out of our preview or you have used a peripheral or product incompatible with the system registered with us or you fail to follow the instructions contained in the product manual supplied by the manufacturer or your computer system has suffered a shock or an accident or electrical wiring is faulty.
You acknowledge and agree that upon termination Technicion may immediately deactivate or delete your user account and all related information and files in your user account and/or bar any further access to the services.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use:
Technicion respects and values your relation with us and hopes that you will make a fair use of our services. You agree that You will not use this Website or the content or software contained herein for any purpose that is unlawful as per applicable laws or prohibited by these terms and conditions.
You may not use the Resources and Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Technicion server, or the network(s) connected to any Technicion server, or interfere with any other party”s use and enjoyment of any Resources and/or Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Resource and/or Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Technicion server or to any of the Resources and/or Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Resources and Services.
Refund Policy:
The Refund policy will be applicable in case our technicians are unable to resolve your issue or the issue lies out of our scope boundaries. Technicion reserves the right to monitor and record on-line and off-line sessions between users and Technicion technicians for quality control and service-related purposes. Some uses of this type of information include improving the Service, building a support knowledge base and conducting internal market research. We do not correlate session record data used for these purposes with personal information.
For our one time support plans, the Money-Back Guarantee is valid for 7 days, beginning at the time of 1st Incident and for our other plans within thirty (30) days of purchase.
Refund will be done after deducting the reasonable charges or fee for successful resolution of the issues or services provided during that period. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our plans, simply call on our Customer Service toll free number to process your refund request. We will process your credit within ten business days or sooner. For credit and debit card refunds, your bank may take up to two billing cycles to post the credit to your account.

In order to renew your subscription; you can simply call on our Technical Support or Customer Service tollfree number.

Limitation To Act:
You agree that should there be any case where Technicion is held accountable for any reason, then in no case will the liability of Technicion will be greater than the amount paid to Technicion for services purchased. We will not be responsible for any charge that may incur on your card if it gets declined while making the transaction for reasons like “short on funds” etc.
Privacy and Protection of Personal Information:
See the privacy Policy disclosures relating to the collection and use of your information.
Indemnification:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Technicion, its Directors, Officers, Employees, Agents and Affiliates harmless from any and all Claims, Liabilities, Damages, Costs and Expenses, including reasonable Attorneys’ Fees, in any way arising from or related to your use of the Services or your Violation of the Terms or lawsuit arising out of or related to your use of this site or material posted on this site under your Log-in details, whether or not authorized by You. You undertake to keep Technicion harmless and indemnify for all your actions that may lead to initiation of legal action or court judgment or harm Technicion in any manner.

No fees and/or charges displayed on the website include any taxes or other government-imposed fees, unless expressly stated to include such taxes or other government-imposed fees. Taxes and/or any other government imposed fees will be payable by the user at the rate in force at the time we debit the amount from you and may change. User is responsible for the payment of all such taxes and other government- imposed fees.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Site Terms are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of ordinary courts of New York.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms of Service be held invalid or unenforceable as per the applicable law, then that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and all other provisions contained in the Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect. Technicion’s failure to enforce any provision of the Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
